These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by:

1. Services

Site48 provides website design and related digital services for UK-based clients.

The standard £499 package includes:

• Website of up to 10 pages (final scope agreed before start)
• Basic SEO setup
• Up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Development using LandingPage AI or similar platform
• Basic analytics setup (where agreed)

Final structure and content are agreed before development begins.

2. Payment

Full payment (£499) is required upfront before work begins.

Work commences immediately upon receipt of payment.

All payments are processed via Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, by purchasing services from Site48 and requesting immediate commencement of work, the client:

• Expressly agrees that work begins immediately
• Acknowledges that the right to cancel is waived once work has started

If cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, a refund may be issued minus Stripe transaction fees.

No refunds are provided once development has begun.

4. Revisions

The project includes 3 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions or changes outside agreed scope are charged separately.

5. Hosting & Domain

Hosting is optional and billed separately:

• £19/month (£192 annually) for single-page website
• £30/month (£288 annually) for multi-page website

Domain registration is separate.

If hosting fees are not paid, Site48 reserves the right to suspend or remove the website without refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

• Provide required content, images, and branding materials
• Respond to communication in reasonable time
• Ensure content does not infringe copyright or laws

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. No Guarantees

Site48 does not guarantee:

• Specific enquiry numbers
• Sales results
• Search engine rankings

Websites are designed using best-practice conversion principles but business results depend on multiple external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability of Site48 shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service (£499).

Site48 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential losses

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
